The Bohermeen Church Altar Society is presently rostered and co-ordinated by Breid Coffey (086 – 603 2610). The Altar Society prepares and decorates the Church with Flowers, Plants, Linens, and Laces etc.

The aim of the Committee is to plan and co-ordinate the various ceremonies in the Church calendar – Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter etc. Most of the members are drawn from the ministries in the church – Choir, Folk Group, Readers, Ministers, and Sacristans etc.

Canon Law (Canon 537) states ‘In each Parish there is to be a Finance Committee to help the Parish Priest in the administration of the goods of the Parish’.
The Committee also handles the routine of dealing with civic decisions, which affect the smooth running of the Parish.

Parish Pastoral Council
The Parish Pastoral Council is a representative body of the faithful, willing to work in close partnership with the priests of the Parish to further the mission of Christ and his Church in the Parish.
